All partners have gifts, all gifts have value, relationships and activities together bring meaning to our lives, and communities are full of welcoming, hospitable places.
Our team brings a collective, strength-based, and an abundance mindset to this work. We believe that the leadership and expertise is already in the organization and community and that change is sustainable only through unleashing and empowering that expertise.
History
We began working together seven years ago, co-training on Community Resilience and Adverse Childhood Experiences and realized we are smarter together. We bring diverse cultural and individual expertise, as organizers, teachers, facilitators, and trainers to helping community groups, schools, and organizations to become more resilient, just, and equitable.
